Shipping policy

Please allow us 3-5 days to ship out your order.

DBX will not be responsible for lost items. Once we deliver items to the carrier ownership transfers from us to the customer. We are not responsible for tracking packages or providing shipping updates. Shipping carriers would need to be contacted.

DBX is not responsible for any extra fees the shipping carrier decides to charge (duties for international shipment), whichs will need to be paid bythe customer. If the customer refuses the package or the package is abandoned they will forfeit their package and a refund

DBX is not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders. it is customer's responsibility to reach out to make changes before shipping. Once the item is shipped we cannot make changes.the  If an order is returned to sender we are not obligated to resenack out. Items will be added back into inventory. Please try emailing us and messaging us on instagram @thedaybexperience ASAP if a shipping address needs to be changed after placing your order. Once items are shipped we can no longer fix the error.

  1. Please reach out to customer service within 48 business hours of receiving the order in the mail if there are any issues
  2. DBX will not be held responsible for stolen parcels.

  3. If the item is available for PREORDER on site please note that pre-orders can take 1-2 weeks to ship.
