DBX will not be responsible for lost items. Once we deliver items to the carrier ownership transfer from us to the customer. We are not responsible for tracking packages or providing shipping updates. Shipping carrier would need to be contacted.
DBX is not responsible for any extra fees the shipping carrier decides to charge (duties for international shipments, and this will need to be paid by customer. If customer refuses the package or package is abandoned they will forfeit their package and refund
DBX is not responsible for incorrect addresses on orders. it is customers responsibility to reach out to make changes before shipping. Once item is shipped we cannot make changes. If order is returned to sender we are not obligated to resend items back out. Items will be added back into inventory. Please try emailing us and messaging on instagram @thedaybexperience ASAP if a shipping address needs to be changed after placing your order. Once items are shipped we can no longer fix the error.

How many layers should I apply?
The number of layers can depend on your desired hold and activity level. Apply thin, even layers and allow each layer to dry clear before applying the next. Always follow the product instructions.
Can I work out while wearing Xhesive?
Yes. Xhesive was created for women with active lifestyles. Allow your install to cure properly before exposing it to heavy sweat, water, or intense activity.
Why is my lace lifting early?
Early lifting may be caused by oil, sweat, makeup, insufficient preparation, layers that were too thick, layers that did not dry completely, incorrect placement, or exposing the install to moisture too soon.
How do I remove Xhesive safely?
Use our lace glue remover and allow it time to break down the adhesive. Do not pull or force the lace away from the skin, as this may damage the lace, hairline, or skin.
Should I complete a patch test?
Yes. Complete a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin or have reacted to adhesives in the past. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
